Uniform

We have a Wallscourt Farm Academy school uniform. This can be purchased from Monkhouse. Please see their website for further information regarding ordering and prices. In addition, we fully understand that families may want to top-up the branded Wallscourt Farm uniform with plain jumpers, tshirts and school uniform trousers etc. These can be purchased from any number of budget and high street shops. We are happy for you to supplement, but all children do require at least 1 logos jumper and 1 tshirt with the logo.

Other jumpers need to be Primary Blue, and other tshirts need to be light blue. School uniform trousers and skirts need to be grey or black, and appropriate school shoes in black must be worn. All children also need a Wallscourt Farm Academy Book Bag, which can also be purchased from Monkhouse.

If you need any further information or support in terms of uniform please see a member of the welcome zone team.

For Physical Education and Sports, all children need to wear black trousers or shorts, and a white tshirt. Children also all need to have a pair or plimsolls/daps or trainers for outdoor P.E. It is essential that ALL children have a PE kit in school each day.

Our Uniform

We fully understand that families may want to top-up the branded Wallscourt Farm uniform with plain jumpers, t-shirts and school uniform trousers etc. These can be purchased from any number of budget and high street shops.

Jumpers need to be Primary Blue, and polo shirts need to be light blue. School uniform trousers and skirts need to be grey or black, and appropriate school shoes in black must be worn.

PE Kit

We would like learners to wear their blue school jumper, cardigan or fleece with their sports kit.

Jewellery

Children should not wear jewellery to school other than simple stud earrings or small objects of religious significance. For health and safety reasons, please don’t let your child wear these for athletes’ sessions.

The Halo Code

Our school champions the right of staff and students to embrace all Afro-hairstyles. We acknowledge that Afro-textured hair is an important part of our Black staff and students’ racial, ethnic, cultural, and religious identities, and requires specific styling for hair health and maintenance.

We welcome Afro-textured hair worn in all styles including, but not limited to, afros, locs, twists, braids, cornrows, fades, hair straightened through the application of heat or chemicals, weaves, wigs, headscarves, and wraps.

At this school, we recognise and celebrate our staff and students’ identities. We are a community built on an ethos of equality and respect where hair texture and style have no bearing on anyone’s ability to succeed.
