Domino challenge brings joy to Wallscourt

Pupils at Wallscourt Farm Academy had cereal-ously good fun by completing an unusual and memorable domino challenge.
Families were invited to collect and share boxes of cereal which would not only be put to use in the community, they would first be used in an unusual activity.
After careful preparation and plenty of teamwork, learners gathered to watch as 213 cereal boxes tumbled in a spectacular domino chain spelling out the school initials; WFA.
The nail-biting climax was met with cheers from the whole school as the final box fell, marking the end of a joyful event that brought smiles all around.
Even better, every single box will now go on to support families in need across the local community – a powerful reminder of what can happen when fun and kindness come together.
Helen Rea, Assistant Principal at Wallscourt Farm Academy, said: “It was amazing to see our school come together for such a fun challenge that also helps others. Knowing that every box will make a difference to local families makes it even more special.”
A big thank-you goes out to everyone who donated and took part in making the Cereal Domino Challenge a huge success.
